Not at all! You don’t need to study anything in advance — I’ll explain all the basics during the session: How the scoring works, where to serve from, when the ball can bounce off the wall, and all that good stuff. We’ll learn as we play.

Nope! Most first-timers have never played padel before — and many haven’t played tennis either. The sport is beginner-friendly and fun from day one.

Expect a mix of warm-ups, techniques, fun drills, and plenty of movement.
I work from a mixed-based Padel methodology, which means I like players to stay as active as possible during the session. I also focus on helping you learn from a tactical perspective — not just through drills, as these are “fixed setups” also referred to as: ”Analytical based coaching style”.
As a coach, I aim to develop both your tactical skills and game-based understanding, so you can take what you learn and apply it directly in your matches. -
Wear comfortable sports clothes and court shoes (tennis or indoor training shoes with good grip). Running shoes are not ideal, as they don’t support quick side-to-side movement.
Also bring your own padel racket if you have one. Otherwise it’s possible to rent at the court. I’ll provide all the balls and any extra equipment we use for drills during the session.

You’re more than welcome to come alone. I coach both 1:1 and small group sessions (2-4 Players), so I’ll adapt the session to match who’s on court. Whether it’s just you or a full group, we’ll make it fun and focused on your level.
