Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of NikoPadel's coaching services, including individual sessions, group sessions, and coaching packages, booked through nikopadel.com or directly with NikoPadel. They are operated by Nikolaj Alexander Herling, trading as NikoPadel, based in Chiang Mai, Thailand ("Coach", "we", "us", or "our").
By making a booking or purchasing a coaching package, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a booking.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book and purchase coaching services. If booking on behalf of a minor (anyone under 18 years of age), the booking must be made by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf. By completing a booking for a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and take full responsibility for the minor's participation.
2. Services
NikoPadel offers the following coaching services:
Individual coaching sessions (60 or 90 minutes)
Group coaching sessions (60 or 90 minutes, 2–4 players)
Coaching packages (5 or 10 sessions)
Coach Matches (60 or 90 minutes, 2-3 players)
All sessions take place at Padel Club Chiang Mai, unless otherwise agreed in writing with NikoPadel.
3. Bookings
All bookings must be made through nikopadel.com or as otherwise directed by NikoPadel. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. NikoPadel reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided.
4. Payments
All coaching services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or via PromptPay for local clients. All payment data is handled securely by the respective payment provider and is not stored by NikoPadel.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session: full refund or rescheduling offered.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session: non-refundable. No rescheduling will be offered.
Coaching packages (5 or 10 sessions): non-refundable in full once purchased. Individual sessions within a package that are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are forfeited.
Academy monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however you will retain access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused training sessions within a paid period.
If a session is cancelled by the coach, an alternative session will be arranged at no additional cost.
6. Session Packages
Coaching packages consist of a fixed number of hours purchased in advance. Package hours must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing with NikoPadel. Unused hours after this period will be forfeited without refund. Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals.
7. Academy Waiting list
When an academy class reaches its maximum capacity, new applicants may join the waiting list by submitting the waiting list form on nikopadel.com. By submitting the waiting list form, you agree to provide accurate contact information including your full name, email address, and preferred academy level. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a spot in the academy. You will be contacted by email when a spot becomes available at your requested level. When contacted, you will be provided with a payment link to complete your subscription. Your spot will only be confirmed upon successful payment. Niko Padel Academy reserves the right to open new academy classes based on waiting list demand. Waiting list data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Video Recording
All adult coaching sessions are filmed for coaching and development purposes. Session footage is uploaded to the NikoPadel app and made available exclusively to the client and the coach. NikoPadel retains full ownership of all session footage.
Adults/Kids sessions and events at Padel Club Chiang Mai may also be filmed or photographed for marketing purposes, including social media and promotional materials. By booking a session, you consent to this. If you do not wish to appear in marketing content, please notify the coach before your session.
9. Health and Safety
By participating in padel coaching with NikoPadel, you confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating safely. NikoPadel strongly recommends consulting a medical professional before beginning any new physical training programme.
You agree to inform the coach of any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations before and during your coaching sessions. If booking on behalf of a minor, you confirm the same on their behalf.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NikoPadel shall not be liable for:
Any injury or physical harm sustained during coaching sessions or on the premises of Padel Club Chiang Mai
Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during sessions
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services
All clients participate in coaching activities entirely at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition to participate.
11. Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward the coach, other players, and club staff at all times. NikoPadel reserves the right to terminate a session or cancel future bookings without refund if a client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
12. Changes to These Terms
NikoPadel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at nikopadel.com. Your continued use of NikoPadel's services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NikoPadel's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
Note: These Terms have been drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
14. Kids Academy
The following terms apply specifically to children enrolled in the NikoPadel Kids Academy and are in addition to all other applicable sections of these Terms.
Kids Academy participants and their parents or legal guardians do not have access to the NikoPadel app. All communication and session management is handled directly by the coach.
A parent or legal guardian must complete a Parental Consent Form before the child's first session. No child may participate without a completed consent form on file.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is in suitable physical condition to participate. Any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special needs relevant to physical activity must be disclosed in the Parental Consent Form. If the child's health circumstances change, the parent or legal guardian must notify NikoPadel promptly.
Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session. NikoPadel accepts no responsibility for children before or after scheduled session times.
NikoPadel reserves the right to remove a child from a session or suspend their membership if the child's conduct poses a risk to themselves, other participants, or the coach, or if required consent or medical information has not been provided.
Session content, including drills and physical activity, will be adapted to the child's age and ability at the coach's discretion.
Kids Academy sessions may be filmed or photographed for coaching review and/or marketing purposes. Use of footage involving a child for marketing purposes requires explicit written consent from the parent or legal guardian, given via the Parental Consent Form.
