We collect the following personal data when you make a booking or purchase a coaching package:

Payment information (processed securely by Stripe or PromptPay — not stored by NikoPadel)
Session history and package usage
Video footage from coaching sessions
For minors: parent or guardian name and contact details

Your personal data is used solely to:
Process and manage your bookings
Communicate with you regarding your sessions
Track your session history and package usage
Process payments securely
Upload session footage to the NikoPadeAcademyl app for your coaching and development
Send you marketing communications about NikoPadel services (see Section 5)

4. Third-Party Services
To operate our services, we use the following third-party providers who may process your data on our behalf:
Stripe — payment processing
Acuity Scheduling / Cal.com — session scheduling and booking
Squarespace — website hosting
Gmail / Google Workspace — client communication
Zapier — automated workflows and email delivery
Tally — waiting list form and data collection
Google Sheets — waiting list data storage
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data protection standards. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Marketing Communications
We may occasionally send you marketing communications such as promotions, news, and updates about NikoPadel services. By making a booking, you consent to receiving these communications.
You can opt out at any time by contacting us directly at nikopadel.com. We will process all opt-out requests promptly.
6. Video Footage
All coaching sessions are filmed for coaching and development purposes. Session footage is uploaded to the NikoPadelAcademy app and made available exclusively to the client and the coach. Videos are not used for marketing, social media, or any other public purpose. NikoPadel retains full ownership of all session footage.
7. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and you use our services at your own risk.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your data, we will action this within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

You have the right to:

Request corrections to inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
